In just over an hour we can gain an insight into your health and will recommend a program for you. All your screening results and recommendations are ready immediately. Then it is in your hands to implement the changes we recommend in order to take control of your health.
After 4 - 6 weeks we recommend a follow up Screening to see your results and what next steps need to be taken, we might need to work with you once as an MOT or see you for a few months to help correct and shift an imbalance. It is completely personalised to you.

Please be 4 hours fasted at the time of your screening. It's fine to drink water before but no food or sugary drinks please.

We need a sample of your urine for the screening. It is helpful if you can bring a sample along with you but don't worry if you can't we will provide you a sample cup upon your arrival.
